“We recently had a leak during some heavy rain. Kent and Johnathan came out the next week and sprayed the cap with flex seal. Kent said that we'll eventually need to replace the chimney cap but the flex seal will work for now. They took pictures before and after the work so I could see what they did. Kent also looked at my fireplace and told me that the chimney is clean. He showed me how to care for the fireplace screens and sprayed them. He was clearly knowledgeable and was professional. I will call on him again when needed."

“Great experience! Kent and his assistant showed up on time, explained their services, and inspected all 3 of our chimneys. Only one needed cleaning and we were not charged for the inspections ($100 for the cleaning). They were very thorough and left no mess in the living area where they cleaned. They also cleaned our air ducts in the living room and kitchen ($20/air vent) and gave me some good tips on how to maintain the cleanliness. I never got the sense or felt like they were pushing me into more than I needed, and he gave me lots of "free" advice too: showed me how to light my gas pilot and fireplace, fixed a damper handle that was backwards and other help. Will definitely use them again."

"I called for an appointment to install a top mount chimney damper. The operator was professional and knowledgeable. She set up an appointment for ten days from the day I called. On the appointed day two people arrived right at the scheduled time. They inspected the chimney, inside and out, and quickly installed the cap using parts they carried in their truck. They also noted a previous repair that had been made incorrectly and told me it was holding for now but I may want to have it repaired properly in the spring.
The entire service call took less than an hour. I had previously contracted with another installer who made three trips to measure and then return with the wrong parts before I cancelled the order."
